Encouragementology was founded on the principle of making meaningful connections with people. In this day and age, when technology is promising to connect but instead creating isolation, we need each other. Empowerment groups allow people to connect in a safe environment, gain a new perspective on some of life’s challenges, share their experiences, learn from others, and grow in their own personal development.
